Hey Dan- Check out your CDP's - there are some parameters towards the end/last page (page differs depending on your version) that will flag (or not flag) specifics for either PHA Review, or the nurse to "review" at admin in the eMAR. You can also set specific parameters on what you want to set for review from POM if you're there as well.

Also, it seems that even if an order is reviewed, the "r" may return as a background job even if no pharmacy activity has been performed on that med.
