We use recurring accounts for our Rehab patients. We discharge monthly. We haven't had any major issues with the clinical department, that I can think of. We gave them the Enter/Edit Revisit routine from ADM and the department secretary simply enters a revisit when the patient presents for subsequent monthly visits. I do remember that we had to lengthen the amount of time in our ADM parameter "REVISITS WITH DAYS" to 15, we found out our patients were discharging too fast and then had to be re-registered.
