Does anyone out there know of what I can use to audit users who has accessed patient records. PCI has an audit trail which works for patients viewed in PCI. What I need now is something that will work for the NPR applications. Even if it has to be a seperate audit per application. There are audit trails based on users but I need one based on patients.
