I do this through an ESS screen where I pull the daily information along with feeding in via NPR reports other stats like Admits through the ER etx.

This screen would include data such as, # of Admits, # of Discharges, Current Occupancy, Payer mix, Volumes, and other various data to aide in the daily operations of our facilities.
