One thing you'll find with the new 4.20d version of the Workstation, is you will only be able to 'SET AS DEFAULT' once, and then that option will be grayed out, and you cannot change that default. I was told this is because too many sites had users changing this, and they wanted to keep that from happening. I've asked for a version that allows it, as we do not have users that mess around with their connections. When we move a PC from one area to another (Nursing to Finance) we change the machine they connect to.

After we install the Workstation software, we go in and setup the session. Connect to the session. While connected, click on "OPTIONS" then "SET AS DEFAULT". (3.26) A box will appearing asking if you want to set this as the default profile for this machine. Click on yes. From there on out, no matter who log's in, when they run Workstation, that session will be there. This will also work with the 4x version of workstation as well.
