You can buy the Desktop fax option from interbitdata to fax from any windows application. Also with ISDN line, you can receive faxes and direct them to specific users.

We have been using it for about 2 1/2 years and have had very few issues with it. I would caution you on one issue regarding future planning. The Interbit system only faxes from MEDITECH, or at least ours does, and if you are interested in a fax server that can work with systems outside of MEDITECH, I would suggest the Forward Advantage, which I installed about four years ago at another facility with CS.
