I am searching for a program or a report that can be automatically reported from Meditech that will help me monitor patients with MDRO's. I feel that I need two reports. MDRO / MRSA log: Name of patient Demographics Lab date MDRO/MRSA flagging on admission: How are most hospitals "flagging" patients in Meditech? We do not archive and so I need a way to keep this information without violating the patient's privacy. I have been told from another Meditech Hospital that they are using a "code" in the Administrative Data? Does anyone have a report or any help they can give me in this area?
