Is anyone out there using Medavant (formerly Proxy med) to place printers in doctor's offices? We were using a modem on a term server to communicate with them but when we try in test to switch to a digi server we are unable to successfully communicate. It connects and then immediately hangs up. If anyone has any ideas I would really appreciate them. Meditech isn't too helpful. Thanks for your help.
