Good morning everyone in L-land,
A quick question..
Who enters patient charges at your organization? You know, those little
yellow or white stickers that nurses paste all over their uniforms for
chargeable bedside supplies.
Currently, the IT staff is responsible to collect ALL the patient charge
cards from ALL the patient units and scan the charges into Meditech EVERY
day. We feel this is NOT an IT function.
We are trying to lay the ground work to move it out of our arena. Your
input would be most appreciated.
Thanks
Sandy :)
