Yes 5) Best feature of the software Finds patients that live on same street as person accessing record, family members - much more robust tool for identifying potential violations. 6) Worst feature of the software I have not used it in quite some time (1+ years) and don't know what I would consider the worst feature 7) Overall opinion of the product Overall, I think that it is a robust tool that not only audits PCI activity but activity from all modules and quickly identifies potential infractions.
