We are trying to plan our project road map and wonder if anyone can give us some advice. We are trying to figure out the right steps for BMV, POM, eMAR and what prep work needs to be done for each project i.e any process redesign, workflow reconfiguration etc. Does anyone have a project plan they would be willing to share or some experience with these projects that would provide us with some direction.
