Before I recreate the wheel, Does anyone have a report that will pull
active orders in Pharmacy along with active scripts and historical meds
from RXM into the same report. Our Physicians would like a form they can
print from meditech to use as a discharge form for patients. This would
be used to mark what medications the patient is to continue at home.
Thanks for any assistance you can provide Doug
