Castle Systems are very knowledgeable about Meditech and have been awesome to work with. In the event of a disaster all you have to do is get them your last backup tapes and you will be back up in no time. I try to send tapes every quarter for testing which they install and make available via a secure connection over the internet. They also offer VPN connectivity. Other vendors have copied what they have been doing for years!
