Hello L'ers We are all of a sudden (with upgrade to 5.5 sr1 Magic), having an issue with patients re-appearing on our pyxis (dispensing machine).
We have traced it down to edits to any patient are being recognized by pyxis as a re-admission. Has anyone else had this problem? Meditech says this is a PYXIS filter issue?
