I'm certain that many of you have encountered this dilemma and I was hoping you can share what you did to get around it. The standard Monthly ADM Statistics, written out of ADM.STATS, can and will vary from month to month for a given period. That is, if I re-run the report now, for the month of February, the numbers reported will be different from the numbers generated when I ran the report on March 1. This is a product of the maintenance performed in ADM which might change the status of a patient, such as a patient changed from INPATIENT status to OBSERVATION. Is there a way to "freeze" the statistics at a given point in time so that the numbers do not change regardless of when you run the statistics reports? Thank you for your help, Bob L.
