We're looking for the name of a B/AR claim check that checks that span dates on claims for recurring accounts and fails them if the dates of service don't match up with the registration & discharge dates. If you are using something like this, could you send me the name of the claim check and/or your facility name? Our Claims consultant says he's heard of it, but he needs to know what it is called before he can get it for us. Alternately, he can look at any facility that is using it and find it to know what to give us.
