Has anyone come up with a solution to avoid having the result verify date & time from printing on a 2nd line below the reference range and lab site columns on the Patient activity reports? We turned this feature on to satisfy a Joint Commission requirement (our surveyor would not accept the report date/time) and now we have physicians threatening to take their lab business elsewhere as their reports have doubled in length.
