We went LIVE on our PILOT unit in March with POM and Order Management - we
are seeing instances of nursing staff entering the orders for physicians -
and are not always entering the correct order source. In these instances,
the orders aren't queueing for physician signature - which causes medical
records to ask the physician for a written signature.
Has anyone found a way around this? Or to lessen the error rate - education
tip?
