We finally got most of our instrument interface working, but have run into an issue. Our unit type verifications are supposed to trigger sending the ABDGrouping.gru test from Meditech to the ProVue. The programmer at Meditech transposed the B and D while entering the code, so the order does not download. Meditech says this is a custom request to get this fixed since it is a standard interface, and needs to go through the full DTS evaluation process. Has anyone else run into the same issue, and have you gotten it corrected? We're 4 weeks away from bringing the BBK module live and need to get the instrument interface live by then also.
