Hi, Any one out there have experience with or creative ideas for a physician request we received..? Our physician would like to be able to print a SOAP note to use as his progress note (to place in the chart) that would give him an area to hand write the S, A and P and then have the O pull in 24 hours worth of Vital signs, I&O and labs and Radiology impressions. We have developed a NUR profile that will pull in those items, but it is not very pretty. Do we have to go to an NPR report? How would we pull in a Rad impression to an NPR report?
