We have an issue with the worklist displaying medication strengths instead of the ordered dose. For example - if a patient was ordered to have Acetaminophen 650 MG - because it comes in 325 MG tablets it displays on the worklist "Acetaminophen 325 MG" . Have other sites had an issue with this/complained to Meditech about this? According to Meditech - it is working as designed.
