We, too, are using Fujitsu 5120C (and the older 4210) for registration, Dan. Have you tried USB 2.0 in place of SCSI? Back when we first went with scanning the vendor said not to use USB. However, that was before 2.0 and I was just curious if 2.0 removes the issues with 1.0 and scanning.
