We have the same problem - It continues to amaze me how many users complain about the DOS look of Meditech and then equate that 'DOS' look with inadequate.
I can show them a 'beautiful' product that lacks most of the functionality that Meditech has and they will still yearn for it over Meditech. I don't get it.... I would be interested in seeing the list of companies you are reviewing - I will look into this as well.
