Iatric also has some products that make things "look" more Windows-like but
the underlying functionality is still Meditech-dependable...

We have the same problem - It continues to amaze me how many users complain
about the DOS look of Meditech and then equate that 'DOS' look with
inadequate.

I can show them a 'beautiful' product that lacks most of the functionality
that Meditech has and they will still yearn for it over Meditech.

I don't get it....

I would be interested in seeing the list of companies you are reviewing - I
will look into this as well.

Logic would dictate that if I can make Meditech look 'pretty' then all the
grumbling will go away <g>

Subject: [MEDITECH-L] Meditech MAGIC and User Ease of Use

Hello Everyone:

We are a Meditech Magic Site (technically since we have C/S ITS we are
mixed). Our organization enjoys the benefits of integration yet
continuously struggles with the lack of a nice graphically user interface
(customers want a windows look and feel) especially when it comes to our
physician customers.

We are exploring "front-end" add on solutions, such as PatientKeeper. We
appreciate any information that you provide to us regarding this issue and
how your facility has been successful to server up a user friendly yet
integrated solution to the Meditech Magic platform.

Thank you!

How am I doing? Please take a minute to fill out this survey to let us
know. Thank you.
