Melissa,
This is what we have used in a similar situation, defaulting NKDA on
an earlier any allergies query.

Subject: [MEDITECH-L] Default a response into a multi query
If "Y" is answered to a "Latex Allergy" Y/N query on a NUR CDS, I would
like to have "L" or "Latex" default from the MIS group response into a
food allergies multiple type (group response) query on the SAME CDS (a
few queries down). However, I want the user to be able to add
additional food allergies from the group response. Does anyone know how
I would do this? Thanks.
