Donna, We use an OV Lab, and have the billing sent to an FTP file by the OV software. The batches are pulled in via a scripting process during the day close process.

Lab created a file nightly and an operator runs a routine in Bar Batch to pull in the file. In our case the routine was scripted using ScriptLink. The file can also be FTP'd to the billing machine. It worked great as long as the file was created on the Lab side.
