Donna, We used the Other Vendor Charge Interface at another hospital with a 3M lab until going live with Meditech's Lab about three years ago. Lab created a file nightly and an operator runs a routine in Bar Batch to pull in the file. In our case the routine was scripted using ScriptLink. The file can also be FTP'd to the billing machine. It worked great as long as the file was created on the Lab side.
