Good morning to everyone! Since making the initial conversion from 3-COM to Xyplex 1620 TS approximately (1) year ago we have consistently experienced the problem of "unreadable characters" on our Fargo Prodigy barcode printers in the LAB. The problem seems to be worse sometimes than others. The labels are "standard" Meditech LAB labels and when this occurs, there may only be one label out of 3 or 4 that is basically "gibberish" and has to reprinted. The problem is occurring across multiple Xyplex TS. I am currently re coding all of our "custom" Pharmacy labels for the conversion of the last 3-COM's to Xyplex TS and am experiencing the same problems with the labels sporadically being printed as just gibberish while testing these labels. Has anyone out in L-land experienced this problem or have any ideas on the subject? Any info would be appreciated!
