Hello, I'm fairly new at this and hopping to that somebody can help me. We are presently working in NUR 5.5 and I am building CDS for the Dialysis unit.
There is a number query that is always answered with a negative (-) symbol in front. This number is a machine setting and is not used to do any kind of calculation. The nursing would like to have the (-) sign appear automatically if they forget to enter it. I had at first placed the sign on the screen but having it this way, it does not pull on a patient flowsheet. Any suggestions would be appreciated.
