It's not just FDB. You need to do all of this with Medispan as well. We were having issues with formulary information not being complete and it was because it was crashing during the load. After months of back & forth with MT, they finally had us do points 1 and 2 below and it resolved the issue in 5.4 but now with the first formulary load in 5.6 it's started all over again.
I look forward to the next few months of fun going back and forth before they determine what can be done to resolve it this time.
