Since the topic of Fall Risk has come up, I have another somewhat related question.
Does anyone have either a screen or canned text for documenting a fall when it happens? I am suppose to mock up a screen and/or canned text for consideration of our documentation committee and I have to admit, I am having a hard time deciding how to proceed. There are so many variables for a fall. Almost think it should be a screen as it might be easier than trying to compose a canned text that would work for assisted falls as well as unwitnessed.
