For the money and the options (which are many) I would highly recommend Interbitdata's NetDelivery. We've used it for years, and found that it has many (!) more functions than just a fax server. We use it as our backup Emar printer, save our entire MPI twice a month to a server for downtime procedures. We schedule reports to e-mail (.pdf or .tif) to users saving printing paper. Many of our doctor's offices are no longer needing paper 'faxes' so they receive .tif files to their server which they link directory to their EMR systems without manually scanning.
