Dee is correct. Smart Route has proven to be a great boon in the auto faxing department. We currently have it set up in our RAD and LAB. Those interested in cost can check with FA, but I believe it runs to $2500 per route, plus implementation. Caution: If you go with Smart Route, have a person from IS dedicated to shepherding this thing through. FA does a great job, but needs on-site assistance to run the tests and adjust the setups.

Both are good products. We are transitioning to Interbit because we have more control over the end product than we did with Forward Advantage. Stated another way Forward Advantage does more of the housekeeping (setting up report routes etc.) for us but charges for their services. As our report distribution needs have become more and more complex, we have opted to handle this ourselves. We have found Interbit to be receptive to our product improvement suggestions and have quickly received a number of product enhancements.
