I would like to thank people for their replies, but most assumed that I wanted to know where to find HCPCS codes. I need to know where to find revenue codes, most of which are 250, 251, 636, etc. For instance, 250 is General classification, 251 is Generic drugs, and 252 is Non-generic drugs. Some people put everything under 250, some under 251, and I have yet to find anyone who uses 252. I know that anything with a HCPCS code is a 636. Also, things like empty viaflex bags - 264 - IV therapy/supplies, 258 IV solutions, 250 General classification. All of this is very confusing, there are no examples provided by CMS, and billing wants me to tell them if what a reviewer suggested is correct or not. How in the world am I supposed to know?
