We have used FA for the past 3 years for desktop faxing and have 3 Smartroutes up and running for the past 2 1/2 years (Lab, Radiology and Medical Records - Transcription). FA is very good at explaining how the system works in relation to the report you are trying to fax, email etc. Once you know that, it is very easy to set up reports to do what you want them to do. I have also stated a particular goal and they will present options within FA to achieve that goal for me to consider. I have had no problems with the Smartroutes. Smartroutes are about 2500.00 (that includes the implementation costs). FA customer service is very responsive and friendly.
