Is anyone running an NPR report to a big screen to show patient status/ activity/ location?
I think I remember folks talking about this at a MUSE one time and now our hospital would like to implement it. Do you schedule this report to run every 5-10 minutes? What hardware is required? What code do you need on that NPR report to clear the screen between running? Any details on the report itself? Our goal would be to run to big screen with cryptic patient identifier to update families in surgery waiting rooms to let the family know that the patient is in OR, incision has been made, incision closed, patient in PACU, etc. Any help is appreciated.
