Hello,
We are looking to turn on the Self Assign in PCI for Providers. I have a
couple of questions for anyone out there currently using this feature:
* Before you implemented this, were your physicians accustomed
to open access? How did they adjust to choosing a reason for viewing the
record if they are not the attending or admitting MD?
* When setting up your providers - how did you handled
Physicians such as Radiologists or Anesthesiologists that not the
attending or admitting MD? Do they always receive the warning and select
a reason for viewing the record?
