Does anyone have one of these? I am trying to create a report so we can see no abbreviations and put it in patient language.....currently we are having the nurses document the home meds on RXM and then any meds that they are given in the hospital on a CDS. I would love to have a report in EDM that would print the home meds from RXM from departure....if anyone has anything similar or even close that they would be willing to share I would appreciate it greatly!
