This topic is a little off the normal questions we get on the L, but I'll ask it anyway. Our facility is looking at a different way to do Staff education and was wondering what other facilities are using. Currently we have several education days a year, where staff spends one day getting all their required educations. We have also gone the computer route, where software is loaded on a portable computer that moves to various dept's throughout the year, not impressed with that either. I have heard that a lot of facilities are doing something web based. Our staff is looking for something we can do either here at work or from home thru the web. What are others doing and with what software? Any input would be greatly appreciated.
