The manager of our outpatient oncology clinics asked me to post the
following:
Currently, our exam rooms are equipped with desktop PCs. Staff sits at
the computer to document or view patient information, but find the set
up difficult to maintain face-to-face contact with the patient. This
may be a universal on-line documentation issue, but we're wondering if
outpatient areas out there have had better experiences using a different
set up. (COWs, wall-mounted computers, etc.)
Thanks for your help.
