I am not sure if you are C/S or Magic, but you have the ability to include the Include Verified Date/Time on a report. It is in the lab, mic, bbk result format dictionaries. An idea is to create a new inquiry to use and include formats that have this prompt set to "Y". Hope this helps! I know so far it is the reports we send via forward advantage to our physician offices so that would be the inquiry report in lab. It was not enough that you could click on the order in the EMR or see the internal inquiry in lab if there was a problem. The inspector said the audit trails were great but they need it on the hardcopy. Since every result has it's own completion date and time , wondering how this is possible especially with multiple orders on one specimen number. What do paperless hospitals do for this issue ?
