Sharon, our admission assessment is divided into a nursing physical assessment of the patient and patient history-2 separate assessments that make the complete admission assessment. The history information can be collected by our LPN's but the physical assessment is done by the RN's. We have query links to the POC from the physical assessment only so that LPN's don't generate the POC. It works for us.
