Actually we will moderate the meeting in a similar way how it was done in the first MeeGo Community IRC meeting: - Moderated #meego-meeting channel. Only the Imad, Valtteri, Dawn and Quim has posting permissions. - Questions are sent to Dawn via private message. She filters and posts to the meeting room. - Quim will play with http://wiki.debian.org/MeetBot during the meeting in order to generate instant minutes right after the meeting (example: http://meego.mkdir.name/logs/meego-meeting/2010/meego-meeting.2010-02-24-20.04.html ). > > There is a back-channel IRC channel where anyone can say anything, ask > questions, make comments, etc., and a small group of moderators > (typically 1 or 2) who pick certain questions from the back-channel to > ask to the primary participants in the main meeting channel. > > This allows public input, while allowing a productive meeting that > everyone can see.
