A third way: A MeeGo program to help device providers identify the best
way to distribute devices - that might be identifying individuals they
should prioritise, or identifying opportunities for workshops/MeeGo
Meet-up giveaways, or allowing them to co-ordinate contests/application
programs through meego.com.

In other words, MeeGo positions itself as a place where companies go to
have hardware programs be coordinated & work effectively, but the
provider is still doing most of the work.

All that's required on the part of MeeGo is a decision that allowing
this kind of co-branded activity is OK, and a community desire to help
with specifying device programs (perhaps a Device Program Delta Force
Squad?).

Cheers,
Dave.
