Thanks Dawn. I'll give the current discussion another week to gel for people,
then pull it all together into a meta proposal. I may even submit this as a
community process "bug".
And I don't mind owning this. I have scaled back my activities to mainly
outreach, and I see this as part of that role anyway. Plus I enjoy this stuff.
It doesn't require a lot of time, just the resolve to continually pester
people. :D
