What's the process for dealing with websites like:
  http://meegosoftware.com

"MeeGoSoftware.com is the official App Store for the open source Meego operating system"

Clearly, over time, this has the potential to be a major security issue and we should take this kind of fraudulent activity very very seriously... but what do we do?

Maybe we should start by raising a bug and use the BZ tracking capabilities? This at least allows an "ack" to the community which could cut down on duplicate reports. Should meego.com host some kind of (non google-friendly) summary of known bad sites?
