Also constructive. I don't think public naming and shaming (at this
point) is going to get anything helpful done - a lot of things are
still very much in a transitional phase, and some people involved in
MeeGo at this point doubtless need a little help to become better OSS
citizens. I think setting a public 'best practice' and privately
poking people when they don't conform to it will be a good first step.
A lot of the reason this might not have been happening as much as is
desired so far is down to inertia - at least, I hope this is the
reason.
