[SNIP] Thanks David, That was an excellent overview of the situation and sums up nicely the different elements currently at play. It falls now to the TSG and the teams to let us in and participate. I'm not sure we have a clear understanding of how open meego is supposed to be and how involved we're allowed to be. Day 1 has been and gone but not much has changed. The collab talks where excellent, but left me confused. Claims of meego development happening out in the open now are not reflected in any public mailing list, forum or irc logs that I've seen. Third parties having significant access to code to present demonstration units IDF etc. all leave a rather unsettling feeling that all is not as it's presented. Perhaps we should get together ahead of the TSG tomorrow and get a clear set of questions together to find out where we stand. I'd also like to push to get some formal backing to Carsten's "Proposal for Best Practices for working in a MeeGo team" Kind Regards, -- Glen Gray [email protected] _______________________________________________ MeeGo-dev mailing list [email protected] http://lists.meego.com/listinfo/meego-dev
