That is correct.

I can't talk much about the SDK, as those plans aren't set on stone yet.

I should point out that on the Qt website (qt.nokia.com), you still find a 
vendor-agnostic Qt. Any vendor-specific releases (of which there aren't any) 
would be clearly marked as such, just as specific builds are marked, like for 
example the MSVC 2008 build for Windows CE (which includes CE5 and WM6 
support) or the Maemo 5 build.
