Which is something we are working on. It's called MeeGo Community OBS, and has 
no hardware yet, so that is the first thing that we are working on.

And would like others to contribute to as well. For instance we have open 
questions on how to decide who to trust with full access into the Community OBS 
and how should the packages that get built be QA checked?

Compiler farm... I want one of those. But seriously, what kind of app are you 
thinking of? Sure there are several targets to build for, but not that many.

Yes, I am well aware of how OBS works. There will be a community repository to 
accompany the OBS.
And application market is not a good name for the community repo, as they are 
free. At least over here when on a market you pay for things.
